What was the highlight of Park Inn Gurgaon

Not good, never compare to Radisson - this is some old revamped building in dusty town with village like feeling.

Rooms are pretty average, nothing great!

The place is in a village, very old - never a Radisson feel, the exterior never looks the way it is! Filled with dust and old, the rooms are pretty good but again for the price - food and beverages was not included, view is terrible with old mediocre houses around! Not a good feeling and the location is terrible.

Not recommend - very expensive vs the quality

1.) Big room. 2.) Staff gave premium front facing room when i complained previous room had damp walls and i was allergic.

1.) Advertised as Radisson but QUALITY NOT at same level as other Radisson property -as its actually managed by Sarovar group. Furniture are old and not maintained. Room walls were damped, toilet switchboard was broken and dirty/rusty mirror frame, stain on lamp, etc. Feels like slightly better than OYO rooms but Not at all Radisson experience, 2.) Reception Staff miss-informed at time of checkin saying the property is Radisson (but only on paper, however really managed by Sarovar groups) - i was doubleful at the time of checkin due to the poor maintenance of decoration and furniture in common area.

It was OK but I will never visit this place again to stay

It is very convienetly located

There is a lots of point to focus on 1) Main Lobby Airconditioner was not working hence it was suffocating no fresh air or ventilation during this time 2) Lift had no air circulation system both elevator 3) lots of dust patch were seen in and around dining area furniture 4) water patch marks on walls sides / leakage 5) exterior walls of the building need lot of repair 6) power sockets were on headrest of bed 7) wooden floor was damaged which was not expected at the class or brand hotel. 8) pricing of 4 star but cleanliness and facility and maintenance needs to be specially looked upon 9) the staff and service at the breakfast time was very slow as there were only 07 guest at the dining area and everyone was complaining for some or the other thing the approach to solution was quiet causal 10) breakfast table ware were missing Rest it's a good place for a night stay someone who wants only bed.

Although , a double bed room was booked , but they charged separately 1500rs extra on checking in stating that the booked amount was for single person... if I'm paying for an entire room with a 2 bed capacity, why should hotel charge me extra??

wouldn’t suggest, unless it’s an emergency situation, better stays for cheaper cost.

probably it was a lot more quiet for a 4 star in gurgaon

the washrooms weren’t clean, over all property wasn’t maintained, breakfast was bad, unhygienic, services weren’t maintained and managed. Overall, property was dirty and not worth it. the management working at the reception wasn’t welcoming but otherwise room service was good
